TRYOUT SCHEDULE

LOCATION: SAN MATEO HIGH SCHOOL - MAIN GYM
506 North Delaware Street, San Mateo, CA

Saturday,  November 2, 2019
4:30 PM to 6:15 PM 11s, 12s, and 13s
6:45 PM to 8:30 PM 14s

Sunday,  November 3, 2019
9:15 AM to 11:00 AM 16s, 17s and 18s
11:15 AM to 1:00 PM 11s, 12s, 13s and 14s
1:30 PM to 3:15 PM 15s

During tryouts, there will be an information meeting for parents 20 minutes after the start of tryouts.

Players wishing to tryout for a team on Saturday or Sunday but are unable to attend their allotted time slot may attend tryout with another age group.  Please note that under the comment section of the online registration form.
TRYOUT FEES
Pre-Registration is $50.00 for 1 day or $60.00 for both days;
On-site Registration is $60.00 for either day.
TRYOUT PRE-REGISTRATION
It is highly recommended that you pre-register to avoid any delays.  If you're unable to pre-register, plan on arriving 30 minutes early.

After pre-registration, you will receive a confirmation note. Please print a copy of your confirmation note and mail that along with your non-refundable / non-transferrable check payable to:

TRYOUT REGISTRATION PROCESS

Players attending tryouts must obtain Full Junior NCVA Membership
  • Cost: $70.00 non-refundable and non-transferrable
  • All players need to register with the NCVA prior to any tryouts.
  • The NCVA is using an on-line system for their yearly membership.  The full junior membership cost is $70.00 paid directly to the NCVA by credit card.
  • The day of the team sign-in day of November 10, 2019, you can sign back on to your account and select the club you are associated with for the 2019-2020 club volleyball season.
  • Please note that your 2018-2019 NCVA membership will expired on October 31, 2019.
Note: Proof of NCVA Membership is required at all tryouts.
  • Each Club will require to record the player's Membership Number for the NCVA accounting purposes.
  • Please remember to print multiple copies of your NCVA tryout pass and bring a copy to each tryout you are attending.
  • If you do not bring a copy in, there will be an additional $25.00 fee collected for the NCVA.
2019 - 2020 age group definitions

18U:  Players who were born on or after September 1st, 2001

17U: Players who were born on or after September 1st, 2002

16U: Players who were born on or after September 1st, 2003

15U: Players who were born on or after September 1st, 2004

14U: Players who were born on or after September 1st, 2005

13U: Players who were born on or after September 1st, 2006

12U: Players who were born on or after September 1st, 2007

 
11U: Players who were born on or after September 1st, 2008
